| Description: | The first part of the three part suite “Existensiell Svit” (“Existential Suite”). Written for female vocalist with Swedish lyrics by Daniel Eng. This very short piece is composed to be in a kind of Swedish folk music tradition. It is freely conducted with ritardando phrases, and the lyrics relate to the feeble and brief nature of human relations. An English translation of the lyrics is under way. Notated key C-minor. |
