| Description: | A straight-through arrangement of this classic Clifford Brown-piece that features tenor sax and trumpet – just as originally intended. A short intro, with some quotes, sets the main theme off. The soloists then have solo choruses with backgrounds at their disposal, after which an ensemble chorus leads to a sax chorus. A band shout eventually quiets down and the theme returns, before a recaption of the intro ends the piece with some trumpet fills. Notated key Eb. |
