Below are the basic terms for using the web site, for sales and the eventual creating of a customer account. The person responsible for any action subject to legal coverage, is where appropriate referred to as “the client”:

Cookies and visitor information: www.danieleng.com does not use cookies or any other tracking devices. The only statistical information gathered is: Referring sites, visitor numbers, pages viewed and date and time of visit.

Customer information: When a product is bought or downloaded for free, the person doing this has to submit correct customer information relevant for the transaction to be legally valid and which is requried in the checkout forms. By filling out those forms, the client consents to submitting information that will be accessed or saved by the shop for fiscal and accounting reasons.

Customer account: When creating a customer account on the website, the client certifies that the customer information is correct and accurate, and consents to that the information will be stored by the web shop.

Prices: Prices are primarily specified in € and are subject to changes without advance notification. Any adjustments for currency calculations or currency exchange transaction costs, are for the client and the client’s bank to handle.

Transaction costs: All transaction costs, from for example paying with credit card, are included in the product prices.

Terms of sales: By purchasing a product from www.danieleng.com, the client agrees and certifies to the following:

• That the final purchase is subject to Swedish laws of private transactions, and that disputes will be settled according to Swedish legal institutions, rulings and appropriate laws.
• That the client is of a legal age and status that permit financial transactions within the legal framework applicable in the country in which the client resides.
• That the products are in an as-is condition with regards to minor incorrections such as editing, spelling and typing errors, and similar minor faults and flaws.
• That any major incorrections, faults and infringements in the end products, that may be unknown to the responsible editor, are to be reported for either a refund, or a correction and reception of a corrected product, if presented to the shop within two weeks of the final sale. Otherwise they will be deemed accepted and left without compensatory actions.
• That all sales are final. Any repeal of a purchase is at the shop’s discretion, and could only be actual if there is no registred downloading whatsoever of the product in question and is also not applicable on a product bought at a from the shop reduced price or in a sale.
• That all products purchased from www.danieleng.com are protected by, and subject to, world wide international laws of copyright and protection of immaterial property, and that the client buying any product from the site commits to respecting and upholding those laws.
