My name is Daniel Eng. I was born in Linkoping – in southern Sweden – in 1972.
I began playing the trombone at the age of 10, and took it up as a main study and interest at 17. I am a graduate of The Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Sweden, where I between 1996 and 2001 studied the trombone, composition and arranging.
I work as a trombonist on all the three main trombones, band leader, composer/arranger and teacher of music – on all levels.
Besides the trombones, I also enjoy playing the guitar, piano and, occasionally, trumpet.
