My name is Daniel Eng. I was born in Linkoping – in southern Sweden – 1972.
I started playing the trombone at the age of 10, and took it up as a main study and interest at the age of 17. I am a graduate of The Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Sweden, where I between 1996 and 2001 studied the trombone, composition and arranging.
I work as a trombonist and alto trombonist, band leader, composer/arranger and music teacher.
Besides the trombone, I also enjoy playing piano, trumpet and bass trombone – as well as my most recent undertaking: playing the electric guitar.
